Apostle Deborah Bell is the Bishop and founder of the DGAN network which was founded in 2010 & established in 2012.
The DGAN Network ordains and licenses Ministers who are called to be linked in spirit and relationship with our Network. It is not a mechanical process, but a spiritual one.
