Apostle Deborah Bell is the Lead Apostle and founder of the DGAN network which was founded in 2010 & established in 2012.
The DGAN Network ordains and licenses Ministers who are called, aligned, and linked with us in spirit and relationship for the purpose of building God's Kingdom. It is not a mechanical process, but a spiritual one.
