After completing the 3 sessions and short assessment, you will receive a DGAN Certificate, for Understanding Yourself and Others.

What is DISC? Disc is a powerful life-changing course, for everyone working in teams. Our training is biblically based and recommended for every believer and leader involved in their church or business environments. Most people get into a church or work environment and everything seems fine until they need to start working with other people in ministry or teams, or leaders, who are required to give instructions to people in their team. This is often when offense and misunderstanding occur, and people leave their churches or workplaces. Much of this is due to our lack of being able to understand ourselves (even when we think we do, and our lack of understanding others). The course is not "foolproof", one can never determine how people will behave, but this course will help your church and business to minimize this wherever possible.
